Old Colony Sportsmen's Associates Inc. welcomes new members.
Any person wishing to apply for membership is required to fill out a membership application and attend a safety orientation meeting at the club.
This safety orientation is done at the clubhouse at 8:30 AM on the Sunday morning before the monthly meeting. This safety orientation is required by all membership applicants with ( No Exceptions) including Juniors. If attending this monthly safety orientation is not possible then other arrangements can be arranged. No membership cards can be issued until the safety orientation form is signed off by the range safety officer and presented to the membership secretary with the membership application on the meeting night that He or She is to be presented to the club members to be voted into the club.
Monthly meetings are generally held on the first Monday of every month.
New applicants should show up by 7:30 P.M. to submit their paperwork to the membership secretary before the meeting begins.
The cost of joining is as follows:
Full Membership: $100.00 Application Fee, plus annual dues of $120.00 pr. year for a total of $220.00. Each year there after the dues will be $120.00 due in the month of September of each year.
Spouse: $65.00 annual
Juniors: ( under 18 ) $10.00 annual.
Any member who is serving in the military (on active duty) or attending college is exempt from paying dues each year after joining, but during this period he of she must return the annual dues notices and document the college or military exemption each year.
Applications can be downloaded above or picked up at the club any Saturday, Sunday, or Wednesday from 10:00A.M. to 1:00 P.M. from Dick Lovejoy or Herb Pitts at the Shotgun Clubhouse.
Please DO NOT send your membership application to the club or the Membership Secretary. Bring the filled out application to the club on the day you are planning to do your safety orientation because the safety officer must sign it. Bring the signed application, safety test
and your payment with you to the club meeting and give it to the Membership Secretary.
Please be there by 7:30 PM.
(New members MUST attend the meeting to be voted in.)
