OCSA will host a memorial to life member, board member, dripline and project leader Bill Earl who passed away last October. Bill was known by all, he lead The OCSA Stump Jumpers for many years and was deeply involved in the development of that discipline, notably the construction of the log cabin and carpentry in many other areas of the club. Bill also served on the Board of Directors lending his expertise and experience to guide the clubs development. There was not a discipline that at one point or another Bill did not help out in some way. During this event a sign will be dedicated for the Black Powder area.

Smoke & Sizzle will provide food, non alcoholic beverages will be available.
